When a contract, affidavit or set of HR documents needs notarizing, sending staff across town costs time and money. A mobile notary comes to your office, job site or client meeting, so the signing happens on your schedule.
Need a notary at your office? PDX Fingerprinting provides mobile notary service across the Portland metro, with office notaries in Hillsboro, Beaverton and Lake Oswego. Book an appointment or call 503-212-0678.

Why businesses use a mobile notary
- Less downtime: staff sign at their desks instead of leaving the office.

- Tight deadlines: schedule a signing at the time that suits the deal.
- Confidentiality: sensitive documents never leave your office.
