Passport photos for Washington County residents

Two of our three offices are in Washington County: Hillsboro (open Saturdays) and Beaverton. The Hillsboro office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 300, Hillsboro, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. It’s the only one of our offices open on Saturdays. A U.S. passport photo is $19.99, and photos for other countries’ passports and visas are $29.99. Most sessions take 10 to 15 minutes.

Before you come in

• U.S. passport photos must be 2 by 2 inches on a plain white or off-white background, taken within the last 6 months.
• Glasses are not allowed in U.S. passport photos, so take them off or bring contacts.
• Hats and head coverings are only allowed for religious or medical reasons, and your full face must show.
• Canada, China, India, Schengen visas and other countries each have their own size and background rules. Tell us which country and we size the photo to match.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment for passport photos near Washington County?
Booking online or calling 503-212-0678 holds your time, so you aren’t waiting.

Can you do baby passport photos?
Yes. Babies and young children need a plain background with no hands, toys or pacifiers in the photo, so allow a little extra time.

Do you also do passport renewal paperwork for Washington County customers?
We take the photos; the application itself goes to the U.S. Department of State. If you also need documents notarized or translated for a visa, we can do that at the same visit.
