Passport photos for Multnomah County residents

We don’t have an office inside Multnomah County, so Portland and Gresham customers usually book mobile service or visit our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. The Lake Oswego office is at 5 Centerpointe Dr, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. A U.S. passport photo is $19.99, and photos for other countries’ passports and visas are $29.99. Most sessions take 10 to 15 minutes.

Before you come in

• U.S. passport photos must be 2 by 2 inches on a plain white or off-white background, taken within the last 6 months.
• Glasses are not allowed in U.S. passport photos, so take them off or bring contacts.
• Hats and head coverings are only allowed for religious or medical reasons, and your full face must show.
• Canada, China, India, Schengen visas and other countries each have their own size and background rules. Tell us which country and we size the photo to match.
