An apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal and position of the official who has executed, issued or certified a copy of a public document. An apostille enables a public document issued in one country to be recognized as valid in another country.

All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

If an employer is unable to complete the I9 verification process, We at Pac signing Notary can help companies complete and verify the employees identification.

You will have to bring a Valid Government ID with Photo for your appointment:

Driver’s License , State ID , US Passport, Foreign Passport, Military ID, Permanent Resident card

All our employees at PDX fingerprinting wear a mask and protective gloves to complete the live scan and ink fingerprint appointments.
