Notary services for Washington County

Two of our three offices are in Washington County: Hillsboro (open Saturdays) and Beaverton. The Hillsboro office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 300, Hillsboro, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. It’s the only one of our offices open on Saturdays. An office notarization is $10 per notarial act, the most Oregon allows. If you can’t come to us, our mobile notary comes to Washington County from $70.

• Bring: a current government-issued photo ID. Oregon also accepts an ID that expired within the last 3 years.
• Don’t sign ahead of time. Most documents must be signed in front of the notary.
• Need witnesses? We can provide them: $30 per witness at the office or $60 per witness on a mobile visit.
• Going abroad? Documents notarized in Oregon can get an Oregon apostille, which we can handle for you.
