Notary services for Multnomah County

We don’t have an office inside Multnomah County, so Portland and Gresham customers usually book mobile service or visit our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. The Lake Oswego office is at 5 Centerpointe Dr, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. An office notarization is $10 per notarial act, the most Oregon allows. If you can’t come to us, our mobile notary comes to Multnomah County from $70.

• Bring: a current government-issued photo ID. Oregon also accepts an ID that expired within the last 3 years.
• Don’t sign ahead of time. Most documents must be signed in front of the notary.
• Need witnesses? We can provide them: $30 per witness at the office or $60 per witness on a mobile visit.
• Going abroad? Documents notarized in Oregon can get an Oregon apostille, which we can handle for you.
