Mobile notary in Washington County

Our mobile notary comes to your Washington County home, office, hospital room or care facility. Mobile notary service starts at $70, and we can bring witnesses for $60 each.

  • Common documents: powers of attorney, wills, advance directives, affidavits, vehicle title paperwork and real estate documents.
  • Bring: a current government-issued photo ID for each signer. Oregon accepts an ID that expired within the last 3 years.
  • Don’t sign ahead of time. Signatures usually have to happen in front of the notary.

Prefer to come in? Two of our three offices are in Washington County: Hillsboro (open Saturdays) and Beaverton. The Hillsboro office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 300, Hillsboro, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. It’s the only one of our offices open on Saturdays. An office notarization is $10.
