I-9 verification in Washington County

Working for an employer that isn’t based near Washington County? Your employer can name us as its authorized representative to examine your identity documents in person and complete Section 2 of Form I-9. I-9 verification is $50. Two of our three offices are in Washington County: Hillsboro (open Saturdays) and Beaverton. The Hillsboro office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 300, Hillsboro, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. It’s the only one of our offices open on Saturdays.

• Bring original documents, not copies: for example a U.S. passport, or a driver’s license plus a Social Security card or birth certificate.
• Bring the form: your employer sends Form I-9 or a link to its I-9 system. Complete Section 1 before the appointment.
• Employers: we handle remote hires across the Portland area, including groups.
