I-9 verification in Multnomah County

Working for an employer that isn’t based near Multnomah County? Your employer can name us as its authorized representative to examine your identity documents in person and complete Section 2 of Form I-9. I-9 verification is $50. We don’t have an office inside Multnomah County, so Portland and Gresham customers usually book mobile service or visit our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. The Lake Oswego office is at 5 Centerpointe Dr, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Bring original documents, not copies: for example a U.S. passport, or a driver’s license plus a Social Security card or birth certificate.
• Bring the form: your employer sends Form I-9 or a link to its I-9 system. Complete Section 1 before the appointment.
• Employers: we handle remote hires across the Portland area, including groups.
