ATF fingerprinting for Multnomah County

We don’t have an office inside Multnomah County, so Portland and Gresham customers usually book mobile service or visit our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. The Lake Oswego office is at 5 Centerpointe Dr, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. We roll FD-258 cards for ATF NFA applications for $35 per card, or make the electronic EFT file for an ATF eForms submission for $110.

eForms (Form 4, Form 1): the EFT file uploads with your eForm and avoids mailing cards.
Paper applications: ATF asks for two FD-258 cards with your application.
Responsible persons of a trust or business each need their own prints.

FFL Fingerprint Cards in Multnomah County – Pick Up or We Mail Your Packet

Applying for a Federal Firearms License (ATF Form 7 / 7CR) in Multnomah County? ATF requires one completed FD-258 fingerprint card and one 2″x2″ photo for each Responsible Person listed on the application. (Cards and photos are not required for a Type 03 Collector of Curios & Relics license.)

Two ways to finish your FFL application

Take them with you – we hand you finished cards and photos, and you mail them with Copy 1 of your Form 7 and your payment.
We mail it for you – bring your signed Form 7 / 7CR and payment, and we assemble the packet and mail it to the ATF Federal Firearms Licensing Center in Portland:

Note: Copy 2 of your application goes separately to the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) in the locality where your business premises are located.

As far as I know, this is one of the few places that actually does physical FD-258 fingerprinting. This office is located in a very nice facility and was easy to find with plenty of parking. Nooriyah was very friendly, accommodating and detail oriented. She helped me double check my personal information and company's requirement. Appointment was easy to made and available early. I'm uncertain of her name, but she was very helpful, detailed, and thorough.
