Apostille service for Washington County

Need an FBI background check or an Oregon document recognized abroad? We handle the apostille request for you, so you don’t deal with the federal or state office directly.

FBI background check with apostille: $295, including the fingerprints. The apostille for an FBI report comes from the U.S. Department of State.
Oregon documents such as birth and marriage certificates or notarized papers are apostilled by the Oregon Secretary of State in Salem: $125 to $195, plus $20 per extra document.
Translation: many countries also want a certified translation. We can do both.

Two of our three offices are in Washington County: Hillsboro (open Saturdays) and Beaverton. The Hillsboro office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 300, Hillsboro, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. It’s the only one of our offices open on Saturdays.

Which countries accept an apostille?
Countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, including Mexico, Spain, Italy, the UK, Japan, South Korea, India and most of Europe and Latin America. Other countries need embassy legalization instead.

Can you apostille a document from another state?
Yes, but the apostille comes from the state that issued the document. We can handle that request for you too.

As far as I know, this is one of the few places that actually does physical FD-258 fingerprinting. This office is located in a very nice facility and was easy to find with plenty of parking. Nooriyah was very friendly, accommodating and detail oriented. She helped me double check my personal information and company's requirement. Appointment was easy to made and available early. Pricing is fair ($35 for one copy). Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend this place.

I'm uncertain of her name, but she was very helpful, detailed, and thorough. It was a little difficult for me to not "help" move my fingers as she was doing the process; she was very positive and patient with my not-so-flexible fingers and wrists.
